- The Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra, the University of Tennessee
Orchestra, and the Johnson City Symphony Orchestra have announced multiple
performances of Kenton Coe's "Music for James Agee", during the 2004-05 season. This
suite, drawn from the film score for the Academy Award Nominated film AGEE, is arranged for oboe and string orchestra.
Scores and parts for the music may be purchased from the composer by Email to kcoe4@aol.com. Two other versions of the work are also available: for oboe and organ, and for alto saxophone and string quartet.
